Since Avalon's 2014 expansion into Avalon City Ovens, a 50,000 square foot baking facility on Detroit's East Side, we have been reaching beyond our tight-knit foodie community to spread the Detroit love. Our distribution-ready lines feature quick-frozen artisan burger buns bake-in-house cookie pucks, and delectable vegan cakes. These products have been specifically tailored to suit a broad variety of clientele, from corner cafe, to grocery counter, to institutional foodservice.
